Accessibility Statement

LeoDiva Studio wants every woman to be able to use our website and member portal, and to train with us, with confidence. This statement describes the accessibility standard we work to, what we have done so far, the limitations we know about and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
6.1 Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website and member portal, in both Arabic and English. The Arabic site is a full right-to-left mirror, not a translation laid over a left-to-right page.
6.2 What we have done
Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 in both the light and dark themes, and large display type at least 3:1. Every interactive control is at least 44 by 44 pixels, and mobile inputs are sized so that iOS does not zoom when you tap them. Status is never carried by colour alone: availability, errors and success always pair a colour with a text label or an icon. Focus is visible on every control and moves to the new step heading as you progress through a booking. Every booking flow can be completed with a keyboard alone, and page headings, form labels and error messages are exposed to screen readers. Motion is limited to a slow pulse and short fades, and is removed entirely when your device asks for reduced motion.
6.3 Known limitations
The map of our location is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible; the address, directions link and contact details are always available as text beside it. Receipts and invoices generated by our booking system may not yet meet every WCAG criterion; if you need a receipt in another format, we will provide one.
6.4 Accessibility in the studio
We welcome members with disabilities and health conditions. Tell us about your needs when you book or before your first visit, and we will prepare the space and adapt the session. Every group format has modifications, and personal training is available for a fully individual programme.
