1.1 Who we are

LeoDiva Studio is a women-only fitness studio operating in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under Commercial Registration No. 7050494157. Our studio is located on King Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Saud Street, Al-Sheraa District, Jeddah. In these Terms, "LeoDiva", "we", "us" and "our" refer to LeoDiva Studio, and "you" refers to the member or visitor using our services.

1.2 Eligibility and women-only policy

LeoDiva is a private studio for women. All training floors, classes, Pilates sessions, body-shaping rooms and changing areas are reserved exclusively for women, and every member of our coaching and front-desk team is female.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Teen Pilates Reformer sessions are available to girls aged 12 to 18 only when a parent or legal guardian opens the account, accepts these Terms on the teen's behalf and accompanies her to the first session. Other formats are for adults unless the service description states otherwise.

1.3 Your account

Your Saudi mobile number is your login. Sign-in codes are sent by WhatsApp to that number, so you must keep your phone secure and tell us at once if you believe someone else has used your account. For your protection, your mobile number can only be changed at the studio after identity verification.

Each account is personal to one member. You agree to give us accurate details, to keep them up to date, and not to share your codes or allow anyone else to book or attend under your name.

1.4 Bookings, credits and memberships

Every session is booked to a fixed capacity. A booking is confirmed only when it appears under My Bookings in your account and a confirmation is sent to your mobile number. Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Session credits are purchased in packages and are deducted from your balance as soon as a booking is confirmed. Credits carry the validity period shown on the package at the time of purchase, after which any unused credits expire. Unlimited memberships cover the group-class formats listed on the plan, renew monthly until you cancel, and do not deduct credits.

Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival and no-shows are governed by the Booking & Cancellation Policy. In summary, you may cancel or reschedule free of charge until 3 hours before the session and the session returns to your package; later cancellations and no-shows keep the credit spent.

1.5 Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals and include Value Added Tax at 15%. Packages and memberships are activated at the studio, and payment is settled at the studio or covered by your active package. LeoDiva never stores your card details.

We may change our prices at any time, but a change will not affect a package or membership period you have already paid for. A tax invoice is issued for every purchase.

1.6 Studio rules and member conduct

To keep the studio safe and welcoming, you agree to follow the instructions of your coach, wear appropriate athletic clothing and clean indoor training shoes, and treat equipment, staff and other members with respect.

Photography and filming are not permitted in changing areas, and you must not photograph or film other members anywhere in the studio without their clear consent. We may refuse entry, end a session or suspend an account, without refund, where conduct endangers, harasses or disrespects others or breaches these Terms.

1.7 Personal belongings

Lockers and storage areas are provided as a courtesy. Items left in the studio, including lockers, are left at your own risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our proven negligence.

1.8 Liability

Physical training carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for training within your own limits and for disclosing any condition that may affect your safety, as set out in our Health & Safety Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeoDiva is not liable for injury or loss arising from a failure to follow coaching instructions, from an undisclosed health condition, or from the use of equipment contrary to guidance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1.9 Intellectual property

The LeoDiva name, logo, website, class formats, programmes and all related content are owned by or licensed to LeoDiva Studio. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. You may not copy, record, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of our programmes or content without our written permission.

1.10 Changes, suspension and termination

We may update these Terms and our policies from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date, and material changes will be announced in the member portal. Your continued use of our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting the studio; the Refund Policy explains what happens to any remaining credits or membership period.

1.11 Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah. These Terms are published in Arabic and English; in the event of any inconsistency, the Arabic text prevails.
